James Francis Cameron was born in 1954 in Kapuskasing, Ontario, a little town just north of Niagara Falls. At an early age, Cameron's creative interests gravitated toward fantasy. And on the weekends Jim and his siblings and friends would decamp to the local Niagara Falls cinema.
